For Android fans out there, there is something new to know. now the awaited phone, HTC Desire is ready for pre order. As previously known, the price tag is just £30 a month.

Dubbed as Nexus Two, HTC Desire can be got thru T Mobile that has confirmed HTC Desire will get support from its own network starting at the end of March.

In the UK, Orange has also confirmed that HTC Desire will be offered starting from April. But if you cant wait any longer, the first option might for you.

Another offer comes from Mobilephonesdirect. They are offering an opportunity for Desire pre ordering. The available price is similar to T Mobile US, just £30 per month. This price point comes with 2 yr agreement.

According to Peter Chou, HTC Chief Executive, both phones HTC Desire and HTC Legend have taken Andoroid to that level in term of style and substance.

Are you a Blackberry user? If so, you might find a cool feature of your device namely Automatically Dim Backlight. This option is located in Options > Screen/Keyboard. A pool about this option has been made by crackberry.com. The pool gives question whether the users set their “Automatically Dim Backlight” option to OFF or ON. The answer are vary but most of them seem to turn on the option.

The blog post author, Adam Zeis never uses this option personally. But he finds the option usefull especially when the user is located in a dark room. Take for instance, when he was on a concert, he set it to automatically dim and the result was cool. Yes, the option may give users a little trouble depended on the available lighting. But in other side, this nice feature can help users save their battery life.

If previously we might feel amaze with Zippo app on iPhone, now the similar app has came namely BIC Lighter app. This free to use app is built for BlackBerry Storm and Storm2. The purpose is showing a lighter on the screen.

The app will look cooler if users turn on LED as flashlight (Joseph has given his tip on this). But see, something cool on its disclaimer (in description) that asking user to keep the flashlight out of the hands of under 19 years old users. What is your opinion?

Have long waited for this news? yes, the other photos of Blackberry Slider have appeared now. Posted by BBLeaks, those images look clearer if compared to the previous ones on CrackBerry forums (a few days ago). You can now view the photos.

The device can not be tested now because the battery is a dead one so it will not power up. According to the information, the Blackberry Slider has the new battery design namely FX-1 and it seems to be only 1050mAh. It is rather small for a Blackberry device, isnt it?
